　　我們一提英語學習就是：“聽、說、讀、寫”這個順序。而家長考量自己孩子英語好壞的標準，基本上就是：“說！”看孩子能否說得好。那么，如何才能讓孩子更好地說出英語？我認為英語學習最重要的是態度。

　　語言無論什么語種都有基本的通用原則，中國孩子從小講中文經過的語音順序是：聽，學單詞，短句，句子，對話，閱讀……英語學習同樣是語言學習，如果孩子不是chinese-english的雙語家庭，那么英語的環境就無法和中文相比。而“說”這個輸出的能力，就需要家長長期培養。

　　為了能讓孩子“輸出”即說出英語，聽、讀要處于優先地位。這是英語教育和學習中家長和孩子應該具備的第一個態度。

　　在幼兒時期，家長可以用玩、唱的形式去培養孩子學習英語的興趣。越小的孩子，越需要形式活潑和輕松的形式。chants, rhythm, songs, poems都是很好的形式。在聽的時候，家長的第二個態度是：輕松。歌曲越輕松、熱鬧，孩子就越敢唱、喜歡唱，這是對0~8歲兒童的普適性原則。需要提醒大家的是，如果家長有一定英語基礎，可以把歌詞給孩子念出，讓孩子可以準確發音。需要注意的是，聽的時間，要隨著孩子的年齡增長而逐漸加長。

　　不過，對于上小學的孩子來說，聽輕松、熱鬧的英語歌曲就效果甚微了，此時，需要通過有含金量的文學故事來提升孩子的英語水平。

　　學好英語還有很重要的一個部分，那就是讀。這是我最看重的東西，也是英語學習尤其是英語素養能否提升的'關鍵。我認為，如果母語學習不好，英語就不可能學好。一個喜歡中文閱讀的孩子，在閱讀中養成了對文字的思考習慣，這些習慣會自然遷移到英語學習中。這是學好英語的第三個態度：閱讀。
